Music Related w/ Ittetsu & Greg Brockmann + Early Boat party
What a first year it’s been for Music Related with both the parties and the launch of the label in July 2016. To celebrate we are throwing our first birthday party at the Lightbox on Saturday 15th April. This is our biggest event in terms of venue and artists booked and we invite everyone who has been along the journey with us to come and celebrate.
We will be utilising the lightbox in a way that feels more intimate and in keeping with all of our parties to date. We will be going for a boiler room set up with the DJ booth on the dance-floor offering more interaction with the crowd.
Our headline act is Ittetsu. Ittetsu is one of our favourite producers and DJs, we’ve seen him play numerous times with the Fuse gang. Check out his soundcloud for what to expect – https://soundcloud.com/ittetsu-music
Our next headliner is Greg Brockmann. We’ve wanted to Greg to come play at one of our parties for ages. Having him come and play his signature sound at our birthday party is a treat. If you’ve ever been to a half-baked party then you know what to expect, if not then check out is page – https://soundcloud.com/greg-brockmann
Part of our ethos has been to showcase up and coming talent whether it be to DJ at our events or to release their music on the label. For this event we welcome Nur Wir consisting of Miguel B, Will Judge and Darrell Seage. Although none of them individually are new to the djing scene, this is a new collaboration which we are fully behind.
Music Related’s Ben Muprhy, Luke Hazell and Elliott Owen round off the line up of quality acts to see on the night.
Early Boat party
One of the best things about London nightlife is the big boat party. Move teamed up with AMOR boat parties to give you the opportunity to party hard while taking in the amazing sights of London that can only be seen along the Thames and this time we have excelled with the famous Tall Ships and Fireworks down the river.
Tall Ships & Fireworks.
The majestic Tall Ships will return to the Royal Borough of Greenwich to start the Tall Ships Regatta to Quebec, Canada. Between 35 and 40 tall ships will be moored between Maritime Greenwich & Woolwich Arsenal for the Tall Ships Festival 2017.
The boat finale is a spectacular firework display at Woolwich Arsenal on the river and after the fireworks we will return to Westminster Pier to allow you to disembark and get to the after-party at Lightbox.
